Looking for those last minute items for your Christmas playlist? Here a few I’ve found this year that take traditional Christmas music and put a little Steampunk (or something a little darker) spin to them.

Lindsey Sterling’s “Silent Night.”
How can you not love anything Lindsey Sterling? Her bright spirit just shines in her amazing playing.

Valentine Wolfe’s “A Victorian Villain’s Christmas.”
Here’s a new twist, Christmas from the bad guys point of view!

Abney Park’s “Through your eyes on Christmas Eve”
Abney Park has a great sound that mixes and matches modern sound with traditional carols and some new tunes this time.

Sir Reginald Pikedevant, Esquire’s “Steampunk Holiday”
This is a new artist to me, but very cute song and video!

Mr. B the Gentleman Rhymer “Oh, Santa”
Mr. B is always good for a listen in tweed.

Taking it a little darker….

Nox Arcana’s “Carol of the Bells”

And not exactly Steampunk, but who can say no to a little Cthulhu?

The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Fishmen.”

And yet one more from them that seems to be my wish this Christmas, “All I Want For Solstice Is My Sanity.”
